RESPONSIBILITIES
- Financial management report drafting
- Assistance in the development of budgets and forecasts
- Review of expense accounts related to quarterly reports and reconciliations
- Oversight and tracking of bank transactions
- Preparation of detailed cash flow reports to assist with financial planning
- Participation in tasks related to pricing
- Receivable processing and request payment information on incoming invoices
- Assistance in customer contract management
- Maintenance of concise and professional communication with internal teams, customers and suppliers
EXPECTATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
- Confirmed 2 years' experience as a financial assistant or accountant
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Excellent analytical, organisational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in English at B2 level
OPTIONAL
- Experience of working in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
- Knowledge of general accounting principles
