RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Financial management report drafting
  • Assistance in the development of budgets and forecasts
  • Review of expense accounts related to quarterly reports and reconciliations
  • Oversight and tracking of bank transactions
  • Preparation of detailed cash flow reports to assist with financial planning
  • Participation in tasks related to pricing
  • Receivable processing and request payment information on incoming invoices
  • Assistance in customer contract management
  • Maintenance of concise and professional communication with internal teams, customers and suppliers

EXPECTATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
  • Confirmed 2 years' experience as a financial assistant or accountant
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent analytical, organisational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in English at B2 level

OPTIONAL

  • Experience of working in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
  • Knowledge of general accounting principles
