RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic sales planning
  • Development and implementation of retail development plans
  • Work with manufacturers and commercial partners
  • Identification and implementation of new retail solutions in line with the company's portfolio
  • Marketing budget planning and control
  • Inventory management
  • Generation and maintenance of reports
  • Competition analysis

EXPECTATIONS

  • University degree in marketing or other related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in trade marketing
  • Experience in analysing market data, estimating, sales planning and marketing budget management
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • MS Office, in particular knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to work independently
  • Analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Excellent organisational skills

OPTIONAL

  • Experience in FMCG
  • Interest in the personal care market
