RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic sales planning
- Development and implementation of retail development plans
- Work with manufacturers and commercial partners
- Identification and implementation of new retail solutions in line with the company's portfolio
- Marketing budget planning and control
- Inventory management
- Generation and maintenance of reports
- Competition analysis
EXPECTATIONS
- University degree in marketing or other related field
- At least 3 years of experience in trade marketing
- Experience in analysing market data, estimating, sales planning and marketing budget management
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- MS Office, in particular knowledge of Excel
- Ability to work independently
- Analytical skills
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Excellent organisational skills
OPTIONAL
- Experience in FMCG
- Interest in the personal care market
